Caliextractions is Northern California’s premier producer of plant oil extraction tubes. Caliextractions does not intend for their products to be used in conjunction with any illegal plant material. By purchasing a product from Caliextractions, the buyer is confirming that they are at least 18 years of age. Caliextractions is not responsible for any misuse of their products and is not liable for any injuries obtainedwhile using their products.

By purchasing an item from Caliextractions, you are agreeing to follow all safety precautions and are taking responsibility for any injury or damages that result from the use of our products. We strongly suggest that all of our customers follow the safety rules listed below to avoid any unwanted injury or damage:

• Do not operate the extractors under the influence of any drugs or alcohol
• Always wear safety glasses when operating the extractors
• Always wear long sleeve shirts, pants and closed toed shoes during operation
• Only operate extractors outside
• Never bang the metal extractor on the ground, sparks can result
• Never light a flame when operating the extractors

Refunds and Returns

If the buyer is not satisfied with the product purchased, they must contact the seller within 14 days. To return the product for a money back refund, the item must be unused and undamaged. If these requirements are met, the refund will be given as money back, minus a 10% restocking fee. Buyer must also pay return shipping.
